How Everdry cedar inserts work

Shoe odor comes from bacteria feeding on sweat in a warm, damp shoe. Red cedar is naturally absorbent, so it pulls that moisture out between sessions and adds a clean, woody scent, and odor builds up much more slowly. It is day-to-day maintenance, not a replacement for the occasional deep clean.

How to use them

After each session, put one insert in each shoe (or drop one in your gym bag), pushed toward the toe where moisture collects, and leave it there between uses.

When to replace them

One insert lasts 6 months or more. Swap each one for a fresh insert after about six months.
